Judith Anne grew up in a large family by most standards. She is the youngest of seven children. Being the youngest wasn’t always easy. She had to watch each of her siblings leave as they grew up and left the house until she was the last one. She quickly realized how to find things she loved to keep herself busy. Birding has played a huge part in her life.
Judith was born in Utah but moved around a lot throughout her 19 years. She’s lived in Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, and multiple places in Utah. Growing up, her family always had animals around. They made things better for her.
Before birding, Judith was on her high school swim team. She swam competitively for five years when she was younger and got back into it when she started High School in her Freshman year. She enjoyed it, but by her Senior year, she decided to focus more on her true passion; ornithology.
